At LifePo4 Oz, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping
All orders are shipped via Road Freight. As such there is not Express Shipping available.
Damaged Goods
We aim to provide high quality products at reasonable prices, however this doesn't always happen. If you receive an item which is damaged then you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item accompanied with photos. We will then replace the item free of charge.
Returns
We aim to keep our customers happy however we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or not as described
Refunds
We will provide a refund if you have purchased an item that you have purchased that does not operate as described. You must provide evidence that this is the case. Once we have verified you claims we will offer a refund and pay for the return freight cost.
